Who we are
BIMAS is a Micro-enterprise development programme (MED-P) in 1992 under the auspices of PLAN Embu.
It was aimed at providing training and credit to small enterprises in Gachoka Division in Mbeere District.
We have continued expanding our operations to the largely un-banked populace in the areas of Embu.

Having started in the rural areas in Embu, BIMAS has continued expanding its operations to the largely un-banked populace in the areas of its operations. It gauges its effectiveness as a microfinance institution on the ability to provide credit services in rural areas.
