Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering (or a related IT Field or equivalent professional experience)
· Set up, configuration and maintenance of computers, mobiles, hardware, systems and applications
· Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults
· Development and maintenance of software applications
· Resolving IT support requests from clients and employees
· Gathering and analyzing data to diagnose problems with computer systems
· Installing new software and hardware drivers and updating existing ones as needed
· Logging all service requests and updating tickets as needed
· Installation and maintenance of computer networks (WAN and LAN)
· Ensure availability of computer systems and infrastructure
· End user support
· Any other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor

Ø Ensure the document management system is up-to-date
Ø Ensure the registry and Archive are clean
Ø Respond to record requests by retrieving requested files
Ø Maintain accurate records of document orders and movements
Ø Remove or archive repeated documents or irrelevant/out-dated information
Ø Respond to queries in person, by e-mail, by post, or by phone
Ø Maintain a high level of confidentiality and Integrity
