1 Sourcing prospective customers leads from various sources.
2 Explaining the features of the various BIMAS Kenya Limited products to prospective customers 3 in line with product features and treating customers fairly.
4 Guiding customers on how to fill in applications for the respective product the customer would like to purchase.
5 Reviewing of the application and documentation
provided by the customer to confirm accuracy.
6 Authentication of customer details by checking
the original copies against photocopies of documents provided e.g. National ID
and passports.
7 Forwarding completed applications to the relevant
Branch Manager and or loan officer.
8 Prospecting customers for any other products
suitable to their needs.
9 Ensuring safe custody of customer documents under
their care.
10 Forwarding customer feedback or complaints
received to the respective Branch Manager.
Sharing market information from the field to the leadership to improve our products
11 provide regular Sales reports as required.
